Satisfaction Guarantee: All beachfront properties represented by Pristine Views come with an unconditional satisfaction guarantee. Your deposit check is not provided to the seller until final settlement. In keeping with this policy, if for any reason you find that you are unable to close on the property you selected, you are entitled to a full and unconditional refund of your deposit.

Inspection Guarantee: As with all purchases of real estate, it is recommended that you inspect your property before closing. However, if you should desire to reserve a specific property, but for some reason are unable to inspect it, your deposit is held by the company contingent upon your personal inspection and approval of your property.

Alternate Property Guarantee: If you should desire to substitute a different beachfront property for the property which you originally selected prior to closing, you may request that your deposit be applied to an alternate property or properties of your choice at no additional cost to you.

Guarantee of Buildability: All Pristine Views listings have sandy soil with good high elevations overlooking the Caribbean and a gradual sloping sand beach to the water. No beach erosion is present as is the case in some other areas on the coast. Further, all Pristine Views listings on the Mexican Caribbean are guaranteed to be buildable and assistance is available from our building specialists with any or all phases of your home construction. If you wish to build and do not have your own building plans our staff would be pleased to assist you with making your Mexican Caribbean home a reality.
