The Golden Rule of real estate, 'Location, Location, Location', is as much, if
not more a factor in our business, than say your average landlocked broker. The
old saying refers to only the general location of the property, in our business
we deal with more than one 'location'. We must take into account the properties
elevation from sea level, as with many things, a little goes a long way. The
overall proximity to town is another location that factors in on the selling
price. These 'locations' along with the actual size, ocean frontage, road
frontage, beach and forest quality, all weigh in on the properties overall
value. Needless to say, aprasing in our business is more of an art form than a
job.
Pristine Views upholds a very strict listing policy, we will only list
those properties that have a clean and clear title, are legally registered, and
lean free. In addition, all our listings must have easily accessable road
access, and have a current land survey on record. Our development staff is
responsable for maintaining the cleanliness of all our beach front properties,
and any land surveys rectified prior to closing are done completely free of
charge. Pristine Views will never add hidden charges in an attempt to cushion
our bottom line. When dealing with us any closing costs associated with your
purchase will be covered in the quoted price.
